PXGATE LEGAL

Privacy Policy

How PXGate handles customer, billing and proxy-operation information.

Publication notice: This expanded policy requires operator review and confirmation of legal-entity, retention, payment and jurisdiction details before production publication.

1. Scope and controller

This notice explains how PXGate processes personal data when people visit its website, register for an account, use proxy access and contact support. The responsible legal entity and registered contact details must be published by the operator before launch.

2. Information collected

We may process account identifiers, email address, authentication records, billing and payment references, customer support messages and proxy-operation metadata such as timestamps, source IP, selected exit, destinations, usage volumes and connection outcomes where logged by the service.

3. Why we process information

We use information to provide authentication, proxy routing, account management, usage billing, abuse prevention, fraud investigation, customer support, troubleshooting and legal compliance. Processing is based on performance of a contract, legitimate interests, legal obligations or consent where required.

4. Proxy traffic and sensitive information

Do not send sensitive information without appropriate transport security. Depending on protocol and destination, proxy operators and network intermediaries may observe connection metadata. HTTPS protects application payload from ordinary intermediary inspection, subject to endpoint configuration.

5. Cookies and local storage

Essential authentication and security cookies may be used to keep accounts signed in and prevent abuse. Any optional analytics, advertising or tracking technologies require appropriate notice and consent where law requires it.

6. Recipients and service providers

Data may be shared with contracted hosting, payment processing, anti-abuse and operational service providers where necessary to deliver the service. Disclosures may also be made where legally compelled.

7. International transfers

Cross-border processing may occur depending on infrastructure and vendors. Where required, appropriate safeguards should be used, including contractual and technical protections.

8. Retention

We retain information only as long as needed for operations, billing, dispute resolution, security and legal obligations. The operator must publish a verified retention schedule before the policy is treated as final.

9. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing, receive portable data and complain to your supervisory authority. Contact support to submit a request.

10. Security

We employ appropriate organizational and technical safeguards, including access controls and protections for credentials, but no transmission or storage system is free from risk.

11. Children

The service is intended for business and adult users, not children.

12. Contact and updates

Privacy enquiries can be sent to the support contact below. Material changes will be reflected in the published policy and communicated where required.
